Every visit unfolds through four carefully considered stages, designed to help you slow down, switch off and fully relax. There is no rush — each experience is tailored to you from the moment you arrive.

Arrival
You are welcomed into the studio and given time to settle in. A short consultation and personalised scalp or skin analysis help us tailor your treatment to your individual needs.

Waterfall Halo
Our signature head spa experience. A gentle flow of warm water cascades over the scalp, creating a deeply calming moment designed to ease tension and encourage relaxation.

Considered Touch
Every treatment combines therapeutic scalp massage, pressure-point work and restorative touch, thoughtfully tailored to support relaxation, comfort and overall wellbeing.

Return
Your experience ends with a complimentary finishing blow dry, herbal tea and a light refreshment. Take a few quiet moments to yourself before returning to the rest of your day feeling relaxed, refreshed and cared for.

- Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
